Tasty Tuesday: Easter Bunny Cake

This will officially be my last post about Easter!

For the last several years, the Kindergartner and I have made an Easter Bunny cake for dessert.  I make it and he decorates it - it is a tradition.  Really, I bought a bunny pan on a whim and now I have this thing and what can you really do with a bunny pan anyway...  

The first year, I read that adding a packet of Kool Aid to frosting is a great way to color and sweeten

frosting but... it was waaaaaay, way to sweet.  I mean hurt your teeth, can't eat it sweet.  Even the Husband, who adds an extra cup of sugar while making Kool Aid thought this was to sweet.  Eh, live and learn.

I am certain that everyone is now officially sick of my bebe's birthday but...  It is Tasty Tuesday and let's face it the cakes and cupcakes I have had this past week are worth blogging about again so with out further ado...  Here are some pictures.
